Super speedy. Gazelles are famous for their incredible running speed and can dash quickly to escape lions, cheetahs, and other hunters.

Lots of cousins. There are many gazelle species, grouped into several genera like Gazella, Eudorcas, and Nanger.

Africa and Asia. Gazelles live in dry grasslands and deserts across Africa and parts of Asia, including a group called the Asian gazelles.

Bouncy jumpers. Some gazelles do a springy hop called 'stotting,' leaping into the air to confuse predators and show how strong they are.
