Sea unicorn. Male narwhals grow a long, spiraled tusk that can stretch up to 3 meters, almost as long as a small car!
It's a tooth. That amazing tusk isn't a horn at all. It's actually a giant left canine tooth that pokes right out through the lip.
Arctic explorer. Narwhals live in the icy waters of the Arctic and can dive deep and stay down for long periods of time.
Tusk superpowers. Scientists think the tusk may help narwhals sense how salty the water is, attract mates, or work as a tool.
