Stripey style. Clownfish usually have white vertical bars on a red, orange, yellow, brown, or black body, making them easy to spot on a reef.

Warm water homes. They live in the warm, tropical waters of the Indo-Pacific, mostly around colorful coral reefs.

Best friends with anemones. Clownfish team up with sea anemones in a partnership where both help each other, the anemone gives shelter and protection from predators.

Helpful little cleaners. In return, clownfish protect the anemone from fish that want to eat it, plus they clean and fan it to keep it healthy.
