First Moon landing. Apollo 11 was the American spaceflight that first landed humans on the Moon. It was the fifth crewed mission of NASA's Apollo program.

Three brave crew. The astronauts were Commander Neil Armstrong, Command Module Pilot Michael Collins, and Lunar Module Pilot Buzz Aldrin.

Their final flight. For all three astronauts, Apollo 11 was their second and final spaceflight.

One stayed behind. While Armstrong and Aldrin walked on the Moon, Michael Collins orbited above in the command module, waiting to bring everyone home.
