Sees more than light. Modern telescopes can detect all kinds of invisible signals, like radio waves and X-rays, not just the light our eyes can see.

Bringing space closer. By collecting light from far away, telescopes let us study stars, planets, and galaxies that are millions of miles away.

Different shapes. Some telescopes are giant dishes, some are huge mirrors, and some even float in space to get a clearer view.
