Only in Tasmania. It once lived across mainland Australia but now is found only on the island of Tasmania.

Spooky screech. It's famous for its extremely loud, disturbing screech and a pungent smell when it feels stressed.

Small but fierce. About the size of a small dog, it's the largest carnivorous marsupial in the world today.

Hunter and cleaner. It both hunts live prey and scavenges on carrion, eating with famous ferocity.
