Three falls in one. Niagara Falls is actually a group of three waterfalls: the giant Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, and the smaller Bridal Veil Falls.
On the border. The falls sit at the edge of Niagara Gorge, right where Ontario, Canada meets New York, USA.
Biggest of the bunch. Horseshoe Falls is the largest and is named for its curved horseshoe shape. It's also called the Canadian Falls.
American side. The American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls lie entirely within the United States.
