Seven vs Seven. Each team has exactly seven players on the court at once, working together to move the ball and score goals.

Two 30-Minute Halves. A standard handball match is split into two halves of 30 minutes each, so the whole game takes about an hour to play.

Passing with Hands. Players pass and throw the ball to each other using only their hands, no kicking or bouncing like in basketball.

Goal Scoring. To win, a team must throw the ball into the opposing team's goal more times than the other team scores.

Non-Stop Action. Handball is incredibly fast-paced with lots of running, jumping, and quick passing that makes it exciting to watch and play.
