Spot it yourself. Europa is one of Jupiter's four big Galilean moons, and you can see it from Earth with ordinary binoculars.

A little smaller. It's slightly smaller and lighter than Earth's own Moon, making it the smallest of Jupiter's four giant moons.

Icy world. Europa is covered in ice, and it's the icy Galilean moon that orbits closest to Jupiter.

Squeezed and warmed. Jupiter's gravity tugs on Europa, creating 'tidal heating' that keeps its surface young and fresh-looking.
