Feet, not hands. In footvolley, you use your feet, knees, chest, and head to hit the ball, just like in soccer. Your hands stay off the ball completely, which makes it super challenging and fun.

Volleyball court setup. The game is played on a sand beach with a net between two teams, similar to beach volleyball. Players try to hit the ball over the net and land it on the other side to score points.

Sport mix match. Footvolley combines the rules and teamwork of volleyball, the footwork skills of soccer, and the quick reflexes of tennis. It's like three sports had a baby and called it footvolley.
