Packed with mix-ins. Many chocolate bars contain extra layers and mixtures like nuts, fruit, caramel, nougat (a fluffy candy), and wafers to make them extra delicious and interesting.

Easy to break apart. Most chocolate bars are flat and scored with lines so you can easily snap them into smaller pieces whenever you want a bite.

Different names worldwide. In some English-speaking countries, a chocolate bar means solid chocolate only, while a candy bar can have any kind of filling mixed in, but lots of people use the terms interchangeably!
