Cool facts
Digital to Real. 3D printing starts with a computer design and turns it into an actual object you can hold, by stacking tiny layers of material on top of each other.
Layer by Layer. The printer adds material slowly, building the object one super-thin slice at a time, kind of like how a stack of paper creates height and shape.
Many Materials. 3D printers can use different materials like plastic, metal, or even food to create objects, depending on what you want to make.
Computer Control. A computer tells the printer exactly where and how much material to add, following the digital blueprint perfectly so your creation comes out just right.
Making the Impossible. 3D printing can create shapes and designs that would be nearly impossible or too expensive to make by hand, opening up wild new possibilities.
